Sonarr and bittorrent downloads the same file

I noticed that a lot of torrent files download very slow, and seldom finish on time. The same torrent being downloaded by torrent on my Windows desktop will finish However, Sonarr won't remove the torrents from rtorrent.

It took me a little while but I finally got sonarr and radarr working properly and they I configured qbittorrent and I'm getting the same issue.
